PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Buzz Bixby (ranked 1173 p4p, 176 weight class) and Hector Stefan (ranked 1454 p4p, 212 weight class). Stefan has chosen Onward to Victory as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Bixby has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Bixby has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Stefan is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Bixby.
