Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between George Adams (ranked 3675 p4p, 53 weight class) and Coach Wrestley (ranked 3670 p4p, 52 weight class). Adams comes to the cage accompanied by stiff upper lip. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Coach Wrestley!
The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Winston Alpacca and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Adams bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Wrestley tries to buck Adams off but Adams is having none of it.
Adams wants to lay and pray for a moment but Wrestley keeps working.
Adams lands some shots froms side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wrestley dodges the ground and pound from Adams.
Adams throwing strikes but missing, from side control.
Wrestley manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!
Adams wants to get back to full guard.
Wrestley lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

Wrestley stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Wrestley wants it to stay on the feet.

Adams lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Adams.
Adams moves in looking to clinch but Wrestley pushes him off.

Well Wrestley has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
