The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Raikkonen fails to land with a series of punches.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Gordon is defended easily by Raikkonen.
Raikkonen dives in for a single leg takedown but Gordon sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Gordon fakes the leg kick and cracks Raikkonen in the body.
Gordon wants to clinch up but Raikkonen keeps it at a distance.

Raikkonen throws a sloppy head kick and Gordon moves out of range easily.

Raikkonen shoots in looking for a takedown. Gordon tries to sprawl out of it but Raikkonen keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Gordon manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Gordon sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Raikkonen's guard.

Raikkonen has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Gordon is working away from the top position though.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
