Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Arpad Bard (ranked 5463 p4p, 471 weight class) and Haka Tonga (ranked 5366 p4p, 463 weight class). Tonga has chosen voodoo as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Bard.
Bard misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Tonga misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Bard tries a head kick but it misses.
Tonga feints a jab promting Bard to slip. Tonga then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Bard slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Tonga throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Tonga is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.

Tonga looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Bard is looking to stand up but Tonga isn't so interested in that idea.
Tonga lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Tonga stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bard swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Tonga passes Bard's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

Tonga is trying for a kimura here. Bard looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Tonga wins by kimura!
