Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Stan Farley (ranked 8068 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raf Razos (ranked 4260 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Stan Farley!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Raf Razos!
The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Farley has managed to clinch.
Razos prevents a takedown attempt there.

Razos successfully pulls guard.
Farley tries to stand but Razos is controlling from the bottom.
Farley wants to stand and escape but instead Razos has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

Farley working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Razos.
Razos has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Razos not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Farley will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Farley throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Razos stops Farley from standing up.
Razos wants to control from the top but Farley keeps moving.
Farley is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Razos is controlling him.

Farley wants to stand and escape but Razos is having none of it.

Razos stands and steps away. Farley gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Razos shoots in for a takedown but Farley shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
It looked like Farley was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Farley misses with a takedown attempt - Razos sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Razos drives through and clinches with Farley against the cage.
Farley is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Razos is defending well for now.

Razos pushes off an throws an elbow but Farley leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Farley is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Razos is keeping busy.

Farley changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Razos fights it off and pushes away nicely.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Stan Farley. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Farley shoots in but no luck this time.

Razos closes the distance and clinches.
Farley really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Razos pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Razos is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Farley pulls him back up using the underhooks.

Farley has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Razos is proving hard to escape from.
Razos is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Farley tries to stand but Razos is controlling from the bottom.

Razos looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Razos pushes Farley off and gets back to his feet.

Razos forces Farley back against the cage and clinches.
Farley tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Razos avoids it.
Farley drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Razos manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.

Farley missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Farley accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Farley postures up.
Razos has his hands on Farley's head, controlling the position.
Razos looking to hit a scissor sweep but Farley is one step ahead there.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Razos is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Farley wants to stand and escape but instead Razos has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Raf Razos dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Razos forces Farley back against the cage and clinches.
Razos tries to break the clinch but Farley is controlling the position.
Farley tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Farley jumps guard but Razos stands there with Farley around his waist. Farley gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Razos tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Farley defends well and Razos ends up having to push Farley into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Razos darts in looking for a takedown but Farley gets double underhooks and turns Razos into the cage.
Farley feinted there with a counter leg kick.
Farley shoots in for a takedown but Razos shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Razos shapes to counter with a head kick.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Razos gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Farley counters with a one-two to the body.

Farley closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Razos's guard.
Farley works over Razos with some ground and pound from guard.
Farley will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Farley has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Razos is proving hard to escape from.
Farley postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Razos makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Stan Farley is winning the standup battle so far.
Farley throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

and Razos counters with a nice uppercut.
Razos looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Farley is fending him off so far but Razos persists. Nope, Farley circles away and we're back to standing.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Farley breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Farley is trying to drag Razos to the mat but Razos just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Razos has his foot on Farley's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Farley works his way back into a safe position though.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Farley postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Razos kicks Farley off and gets to his feet.
Farley fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Razos.

No luck with that takedown attempt from Farley.

Farley blocks a head kick by Razos.

Razos throws Farley to one side and escapes!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Farley shoots in looking for a takedown. Razos tries to sprawl out of it but Farley keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Razos manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Razos fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Farley tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Razos manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

And that's the end of the fight!
Raf Razos comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Razos has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
