Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Khabib Psa!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Elvis Blanc and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Psa leaves Pico with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Pico rushes Psa and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Psa could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Psa wants the takedown. Pico is fighting it off but Psa persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Pico's guard against the cage.
Pico tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Psa drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Psa jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Psa is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Pico is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Horrible takedown attempt by Pico or perhaps it was just good defense by Psa, which made it look bad.
Pico moves in looking to clinch but Psa pushes him off.
Psa has managed to clinch.
Psa is trying to pull guard but Pico turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Pico goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Pico stops a takedown attempt from Psa.
Psa turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
Pico sneaks out the side door and pushes Psa away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.

Psa changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Pico looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Psa thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Psa wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Pico, who protects the arm well.
Psa tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.
Pico is looking for a sweep.
Psa is trying to get an arm triangle but Pico is defending well.

Pico takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

Psa is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Pico's shoulder. That is not cool.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Psa drops back looking for a leg! Pico is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Pico manages to kick Psa off! Psa jumps back into Pico's guard.
Psa lands a couple of elbows.
Psa slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Pico not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Pico is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Pico tries to close the distance and clinch but Psa swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Pico enables Psa to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Pico manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Psa stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Pico swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Psa, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
