The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Greene darts in and clinches El up against the cage.
Greene is looking for a takedown up against the cage. El gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
El lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Greene is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
El lands with a left to the head.
El lands a hook that snaps the head of Greene backwards.
Greene manages to pull guard.
El wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Greene's closed guard. He's half up but Greene has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Greene pivots and extends the arm, El falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Greene! Well done that man!
