Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Senan Whelan (ranked 3172 p4p, 384 weight class) and Devon Lester (ranked 5288 p4p, 524 weight class). Whelan comes to the cage accompanied by The Stranglers - Golden Brown. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Lester drives through with a takedown into Whelan's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
Whelan is trying to control the position but Lester postures up.
Whelan looking for a sweep. Not yet Whelan, not yet.
Whelan bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Lester's guard.
Whelan trying to control the position from guard on top but Lester is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Lester looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Whelan is defending well. Lester quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Whelan has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Lester celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
