Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bebob Rocksteady (ranked 3586 p4p, 350 weight class) and Machiavelli Vecellio (ranked 1167 p4p, 154 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Machiavelli Vecellio!
The judges for this bout are Ron Honeybunn, Francis DeMontford and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vecellio tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Vecellio fails to land with a series of punches.
A counter left hand to the body from Rocksteady misses its target.
Rocksteady throws an overhand right that lands on Vecellio's shoulder, as Vecellio tries to avoid the shot.
Vecellio is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Vecellio misses with a hook
and Rocksteady counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Vecellio ducks under a wild hook from Rocksteady.
Rocksteady displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Vecellio throws out the jab.
A little feinted left hand from Rocksteady on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Vecellio looks to throw a body kick
and Rocksteady cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
It looks like Machiavelli Vecellio has been cut.
Rocksteady blocks a jab.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Rocksteady has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Vecellio.
Vecellio moves to clinch but Rocksteady breaks away
and Rocksteady counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Rocksteady takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Vecellio scores with a hook.
Vecellio looks to land a left hand but Rocksteady moved out of range nicely.
Vecellio swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Vecellio takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Vecellio throws a predictable looking body shot
and Rocksteady counters with a crisp one two that drops Vecellio! Rocksteady thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Vecellio to his feet! Vecellio is in big trouble!
Vecellio is rocked!
Vecellio get stunned by a cross and takes another one on the button. Vecellio stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the cage but Rocksteady runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Bebob Rocksteady!
