The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rogers gets a takedown into half guard.

Rogers is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Leon wants to get back to his feet.

Rogers is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Leon defends it well.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Rogers is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Rogers is trying to control. Leon wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Rogers looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.

Rogers is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Leon is looking to escape.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Rogers uses his free foot to push down on Leon's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Leon.

Rogers wants to finish this one by submission but Leon is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Rogers.
Leon is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.

Leon has left one of his arms exposed and Rogers doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Leon screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
