Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dwayne Johnson (ranked 1373 p4p, 167 weight class) and Bkekimpilo Sotobe (ranked 2644 p4p, 301 weight class). Johnson kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is My Time Is Now. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Sotobe as Johnson shoots in.
Sotobe flicks out a counter leg kick but Johnson steps away.
A nice leg kick lands there from Sotobe.
Sotobe throws a body punch but Johnson moves out of range.
Sotobe paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Sotobe uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Johnson.
Johnson tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Sotobe defends well and Johnson ends up having to push Sotobe into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Sotobe rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Johnson moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Sotobe looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Johnson looks to throw the jab but Sotobe is out of range.

Johnson closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Sotobe has a couple of punches blocked by Johnson.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Johnson goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Johnson has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
