The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Boson shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Stahl is trying to defend but Boson finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Boson throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Stahl makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Stahl.

Stahl is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Boson controlling from the top position.
Boson is working Stahl over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Boson won't allow Stahl to sweep him here.

Boson got a little sloppy there for a moment and Stahl has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Boson has managed to get both his arms back between Stahl's legs - danger averted.

Stahl is looking for a triangle here but Boson uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Boson working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Boson creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.

Boson is working Stahl over with some ground and pound from side control.
Boson looks up at the clock and then as Stahl takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Boson smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
We've been hearing good reports from Stahl's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Stahl is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Boson pulls his head out easily.

Boson looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Boson is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Stahl is just riding it out for now. Boson eventually gives up the hold.

Stahl tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Boson avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Boson wants to control from the top but Stahl keeps moving.

Stahl looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Stahl can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Boson controls the pace.
Stahl wants to sweep here but Boson controlling him for the moment.
Boson wants to pass the guard but Stahl is keeping the position.

Stahl has his foot on Boson's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Boson works his way back into a safe position though.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Stahl is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Boson has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Stahl to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Boson is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Stahl pulls down on the head and he's put Boson to sleep! This one is all over!
