Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Buenaventura Durruti (ranked 3664 p4p, 163 weight class) and Bartlomiej Jan (ranked 4393 p4p, 187 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Buenaventura Durruti!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Bartlomiej Jan!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jan misses with a takedown attempt
and Durruti counters with a leg kick.
Jan tries to score a power double leg takedown but Durruti sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Jan somewhat.
Bartlomiej Jan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jan steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Durruti. That one must have hurt.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jan fails to land the takedown.
Buenaventura Durruti has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bartlomiej Jan.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Jan.
As Jan backs away, Durruti returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Jan shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Durruti counters with a head kick that drops Jan to the mat! Jan scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
Jan is rocked!
Buenaventura Durruti is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Durruti feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Jan's calf.
Jan shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Durruti counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Jan misses with a takedown attempt
and Durruti counters with a body kick.
Jan looks winded!
Jan fails with the takedown
and Durruti counters with a huge head kick that drops Jan! The ref dives in to stop the fight and the crowd goes wild!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Buenaventura Durruti!
A relieved looking Buenaventura Durruti thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
