Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brutus Leagatius (ranked 1282 p4p, 163 weight class) and Matt Hunt (ranked 1862 p4p, 228 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hunt checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Leagatius connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Leagatius jabs Hunt right on the nose. Hunt blinks but takes it well.

It looks like Matt Hunt has been cut.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Leagatius.
Decent striking displayed by Leagatius there.
Hunt misses with a wild body shot.
Hunt takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Leagatius misses with an attempted mid kick.
Hunt lands a jab.

It looks like Brutus Leagatius has been cut.
Leagatius delivers a nice body kick.
A lazy left from Leagatius finds it's target.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Hunt slips a jab and a cross from Leagatius.
It seemed like Hunt was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Leagatius lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Hunt takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

That has opened up Matt Hunt's cut even more.

Leagatius cracks Hunt with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Leagatius has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Hunt to stand back up!

Hunt is rocked!
Leagatius lands an uppercut, right on the button! Hunt tumbles backwards into the ropes, staring vacantly into space! He's got no idea where he is, who he is or what day it is... Poor guy.
