Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jomar Galang (ranked 2806 p4p, 341 weight class) and Rickson Gracie (ranked 2888 p4p, 351 weight class). Galang kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is No Other Name. Gracie has chosen Olha a Explosão as his entrance music. Rickson Gracie acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Nice defenses there by Galang.
Galang throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Galang fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Good exchange - Galang coming out on top.
Galang tests Gracie's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Galang stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Galang wants it to stay on the feet.

We've been told by Galang's head coaches at ELITE Island Gym - 19 Elite Coaches that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
A punch lands to the side of Gracie 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Gracie shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Gracie displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Galang throws out the jab.

Gracie gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Galang gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
