The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maximus connects with a crisp jab.
Maximus tried to score with a low kick but Britton checks it.
Britton really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Maximus looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Britton has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Holding Cell in the buildup to the fight.
Maximus thumps Britton with a low kick.
Britton blocks a jab.
Maximus jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Maximus throws a nice inside leg kick.
Nice uppercut lands for Britton. That snapped Maximus's head back.

It looks like DJ Maximus has been cut.
Maximus looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Maximus clobbers Britton with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Maximus moves out of range as Britton strikes.
Maximus throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Maximus waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Britton.
Britton misses with a hook. Maximus ducked under it nicely.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Maximus's corner calls for a 1-2. Maximus obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Maximus slips a jab from Britton.
Britton misses with a straight right.
Maximus uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Britton.
Britton misses with a hook.
Britton connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Britton pushing out the jab but it's not landing.

Maximus lands a big uppercut and Britton crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Britton looks OK. Maximus waves Britton back to his feet!

Britton is rocked!
Maximus works Britton's body with a nice hook.
Oh Britton is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Maximus throws the left hand but Britton avoids the punch easily.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Britton looks to throw the jab but Maximus is out of range.
Britton seems to have got his legs back now.

Maximus lands with a thumping leg kick.
Maximus misses with a wild body shot.
Maximus throws a monster overhand right that drops Britton! Maximus follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!

DJ Maximus decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
