The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sinclair displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Hill.
Hill darts in looking for a takedown but Sinclair gets double underhooks and turns Hill into the cage.

Hill closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Sinclair did well to prevent Hill getting side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hill not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Hill content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Sinclair wants to control but Hill is keeping busy and won't allow it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hill throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.

Hill has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Sinclair defend it? Hill steps over the head and cranks it - Sinclair is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Hill!

Darrel Hill decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
