Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tsukune Shiba (ranked 303 p4p, 43 weight class) and Aleksandr Borodach (ranked 610 p4p, 83 weight class). Shiba comes to the cage accompanied by Fall Out Boy - The Phoenix. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tsukune Shiba!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Aleksandr Borodach!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Eliza Hachem and Hugh Johnson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Borodach throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

and Shiba cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Shiba throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Borodach tries to land a front kick but Shiba steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

We've been informed that Borodach has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Shiba closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Borodach did well to prevent Shiba getting side control.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Shiba flashes Borodach a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Borodach's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Borodach crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Shiba punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Tsukune Shiba!
Tsukune Shiba seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
