Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joost Van Buren (ranked 145 p4p, 17 weight class) and Krystian Soszynski (ranked 579 p4p, 97 weight class). Soszynski has chosen Fire and Flame by Rotting Christ as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
17 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Joost Van Buren!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
19 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Krystian Soszynski!
The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Kenichi Hosakawa and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Van Buren throws a looping overhand right but Soszynski ducks down to avoid it.
Van Buren blocks a head kick by Soszynski.
Van Buren uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Soszynski.
Van Buren connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Van Buren throws a leg kick but Soszynski checks it.
Van Buren throws a head kick that half lands.
A solid leg kick lands there for Van Buren.
Van Buren will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Van Buren misses with a hook.
Soszynski looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Soszynski takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
It looks like Krystian Soszynski has been cut.
Joost Van Buren seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Van Buren lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Van Buren misses the shot to the body.
Van Buren paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Soszynski drops Van Buren with a beautiful combination! Van Buren stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Soszynski is looking for the KO!
Van Buren is rocked!
It looks like Joost Van Buren has been cut.
Van Buren throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Soszynski counters with a huge right that knocks Van Buren out cold! Soszynski is running around with a crazed look on his face - you can see how much that meant to him!
