Dupree jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Sharipov walks away with a smile on his face. Dupree gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Sharipov takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Dupree has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Sharipov uses from the top position.

Dupree has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Sharipov can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Sharipov would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Dupree is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Sharipov frees his head nicely. Oh but Dupree has switched to an armbar! Sharipov is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
