The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moore goes for a double leg but Lil avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Lil continues to drive forward.
Despite the aggression on Lil's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Lil misses with a takedown attempt - Moore sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Lil fails to land with a series of punches.
Moore is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Lil.

Moore has taken the fight to the clinch.

Lil is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Lil is trying to pull guard but Moore has him pressed against the cage.

Lil is looking to work some ground and pound but Moore has wrist control.
Moore utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Moore doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.

Moore might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Lil accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Lil stands up over his opponent, looking to dive in with a big punch. Here he comes, superman style! Oh, the punch misses and Moore has got him in a triangle choke for good measure! Oh no! Lil manages to get his head free but now Moore has transitioned to an armbar! Lil grimaces and is forced to tap! Beautiful Jiu Jitsu from Moore! I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!
