Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Michael Malloy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Broz scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Malloy takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Malloy takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Malloy changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Broz tries to avoid it but Malloy manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Broz to the ground. Broz escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Malloy tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Broz defends well and Malloy ends up having to push Broz into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Malloy has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Broz finds it's way round the side to connect with Malloy's head.
Matija Broz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Broz.
Broz stuffs the takedown attempt from Malloy. Malloy gets slowly back to his feet.

Broz scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Malloy looks for a takedown but Broz sprawls well.
Broz throws a hook but Malloy avoids it easily.
Malloy takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Malloy feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Broz is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Malloy controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Malloy slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Broz is pushing Malloy's head away, looking to escape. Malloy manages to hold on to the position though.

Malloy seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Broz for as long as he can get away with.

Malloy wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Broz, who protects the arm well.

Malloy shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Broz manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Malloy stays in close to Broz's body and controls the position.
Malloy won't allow Broz to get back to his feet.
Malloy is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

Malloy goes for a double leg but Broz avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Broz continues to drive forward.

Malloy ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Malloy no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Broz tries to stand but Malloy is controlling from the bottom.

Broz is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Malloy dives into side control.
Broz is working to avoid the ground and pound but Malloy connects with a decent elbow.

Broz is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Malloy has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Malloy creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Broz sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Broz parries the strikes from Malloy easily there. Malloy is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Broz to escape.

Malloy is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Broz is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Malloy is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Broz's shoulder. That is not cool.

Malloy tightens his grip and picks Broz up, before dumping him to the ground. Broz manages to land in guard.
Malloy is pushing down on Broz's leg trying to pass to half guard. Broz is fighting to maintain full guard but Malloy has managed to sneak the leg through.
Broz wants to stand back up but Malloy manages to pass into side control.
Malloy advances to full mount.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Broz is trying to stand but he's not in a good position to be doing that! Malloy has taken his back!

Malloy has Broz flattened out and is raining down punches.
Malloy lands shots from the back.
Broz really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Malloy. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Malloy sinks in the hooks and is looking for the choke. He's got it! Broz taps out!
