Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Full Time Panda (ranked 1737 p4p, 71 weight class) and Zeta Knox (ranked 1863 p4p, 74 weight class). Knox is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Five Finger Death Punch | Bad Company . Zeta Knox will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Zeta Knox!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Alan Glass and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Panda fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Panda fails to land the takedown.
Knox swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Panda gets the takedown into side control.
Knox is trying to improve his position.
Knox struggling a bit here.
Panda working the ground and pound.
Panda is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Knox's shoulder. That is not cool.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Knox can do anything to dispel that myth.
Knox looks to move to half guard but instead Panda has passed into mount! Damn!
Knox is looking to improve his position but Panda isn't that keen on the idea.
Knox wants to control but Panda is having none of it.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Panda lands a couple of good shots and Knox has given up his back, trying to escape the position!

Panda lands with a nice looking elbow that stuns Knox.
Knox trying to control the hands but Panda breaks the grip.
What can Knox do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!
Panda gets his hooks in and is throwing strikes.

Oooh a big shot gets through from Panda. Many more shots like that and the referee will have to think about stepping in!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Panda has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Panda misses with a punch to the head.
Knox tries to escape but Panda has the hooks in and won't let him break free.
Panda has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Panda controls the position.
Panda struggling to land strikes to the head as Knox covers up.

Knox manages to reverse the position and now he's in Panda's guard. Nice work there by Knox.
Panda wants to sweep but no luck.
Knox postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Knox stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Panda swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Knox controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Panda wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
Panda is trying to keep Knox in close.

Panda might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Knox trying to control but Panda is working from the bottom.
Knox not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Panda gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Knox counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
It looks like Full Time Panda has been cut.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Full Time Panda. That's going to take a lot out of him.

and Knox counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Knox leaves Panda with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
We've been informed that Knox has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.

and Knox counters with a nice right hand that sends Panda toppling to the canvas! Panda scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Knox finish him?!
Panda is rocked!
Knox lands with a massive overhand right! Stick a fork in Panda - he's out cold! Ermm... I think I just mixed my metaphors but yeah... That was a nice KO! Big win for Knox!

A very excited looking Zeta Knox made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
