Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Harry Mengel (ranked 5290 p4p, 0 weight class) and Scorpy Scorps (ranked 5566 p4p, 0 weight class). Mengel's entrance music is You Don't Wanna Get Herpes. A fine choice. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Scorps stuffs the takedown attempt from Mengel. Mengel gets slowly back to his feet.
Scorps throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Scorps throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Mengel tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Scorps is in Mengel's guard.

Scorps thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Scorps is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Mengel keeping moving, preventing Scorps from controlling successfully.
Scorps works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Scorps really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Mengel. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Scorps is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Mengel doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Scorps.

Well, if Scorps is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Scorps wants to lay and pray for a moment but Mengel keeps working.

Scorps looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Scorps is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Mengel is just riding it out for now. Scorps eventually gives up the hold.

Mengel tries to clinch but Scorps is having none of it.
Mengel is trying hard to land a takedown here. Scorps sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Mengel closes the distance and clinches.
Mengel has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Scorps is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Scorps has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Mengel clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

Scorps takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Scorps's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Mengel tries to improve his position but Scorps has taken his back! Scorps has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Mengel tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Scorps pushes Mengel away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!

A very excited looking Scorpy Scorps made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
The defeated Harry Mengel had this to say: 'Nice protection used by my opponent.'.
