Steve Jr scores with a decent looking hook.
Berchales throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Berchales swings widly with a right hand
and Steve Jr counters with a nice uppercut.
Steve Jr fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Berchales looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Berchales misses with a right hand
and Steve Jr counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Steve Jr dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Steve Jr connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Steve Jr fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Steve Jr uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Berchales.
Berchales swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Arturo Berchales seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Steve Jr jabs Berchales right on the nose. Berchales blinks but takes it well.

Steve Jr closes the distance and lands a crisp combination that knocks Berchales out cold! Berchales corner are devastated, head in hands behind our commentary position. Poor guys.
