And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Raul Jimenez!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Howlett walks into a straight right hand from Jimenez.
A swing and a miss from Jimenez.
It looked like Howlett was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Howlett shoots in but Jimenez avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Howlett misses with a double jab.
Howlett tries to move into range but Jimenez moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Jimenez lands with a hook. Howlett tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Jimenez slaps away a takedown attempt from Howlett, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Howlett shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Jimenez defends it nicely.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for James Howlett. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Howlett will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Jimenez throws a perfectly timed hook that sends Howlett crashing down! Howlett tries to stagger back to his feet but Jimenez just hammers him until the ref stops the fight! A confused Howlett asks the ref what just happened. Poor fella.
