The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Escrima dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Cyrius Python seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Python misses with a takedown attempt
and Escrima connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Python decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Python tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Escrima defends well and Python ends up having to push Escrima into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Escrima ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Python moves away.

Escrima drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Python's head, knocking him out cold! Escrima is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.
