The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mondariz walks into a straight right hand from Watts.
Mondariz fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Watts on the side of the head.
Mondariz throws a push kick but Watts slaps the foot to one side.
Mondariz cracks Watts with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Mondariz walks into a left hand.
Watts throws an overhand right that lands on Mondariz's shoulder, as Mondariz tries to avoid the shot.
Watts scores with a jab to the jaw.
Watts on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Watts throws a jab when Mondariz was well out of range.
And Mondariz counters with a quick kick to the body but Watts blocks it.
Mondariz throws a wild body kick that Watts sees coming a mile off.

Watts gets a takedown into half guard.
