The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rice throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Rice takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Moody scores with a hook.
Rice uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Moody.
Rice shoots in for a takedown but Moody shows good takedown defense.
Moody scores with a shot to the body.
Rice is breathing heavily.
Rice closes the distance and clinches up with Moody, looking for a takedown. Rice pushes Moody against the cage but Moody circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Nicholas Rice seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Moody lands a big right hand that sends Rice crashing to the mat! Moody stays standing though and waves Rice back to his feet!

Rice is rocked!

Moody cracks Rice's jaw with two stiff jabs then ducks low and throws a soul-severing right uppercut to the mouth!! Rice slumps to the ground with blood on his lips. The referee steps in before Moody can do further damage! This one is done, son!
