Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Finnish Experiment lV (ranked 245 p4p, 35 weight class) and Arthur Menezes (ranked 300 p4p, 44 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Experiment lV slips a jab from Menezes.
Menezes fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Experiment lV pulls out of a head kick attempt.
We've been informed that Menezes has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

and Menezes counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Experiment lV's coaches at Secret Lab have been working on his defensive grappling in preparation for this fight so let's see if he can get out of this tricky position.

Menezes fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Experiment lV manages to avoid it.
Experiment lV was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Experiment lV tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Menezes paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Experiment lV misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Menezes throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Experiment lV on the side of the head.
Menezes feints and as Experiment lV raises his hands in defense, Menezes changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Experiment lV has his feet on Menezes's thighs here. He's pushed Menezes off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Menezes screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!

In his post fight interview, Finnish Experiment lV started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
