The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kawasaki throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Mira tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Kawasaki is in Mira's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kawasaki trying to control the position from guard on top but Mira is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Kawasaki with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Mira is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Kawasaki is posturing up here but Mira has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Kawasaki tries to roll out but it's too tight and Kawasaki has to tap! Slick submission there by Mira!
