Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cyrius Python (ranked 4396 p4p, 102 weight class) and Brock Steve (ranked 3780 p4p, 77 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Python misses with a takedown
and Steve connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.


It looks like Cyrius Python has been cut.
Steve stuns Python with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Steve throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Python.
Python changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Python tries to clinch but Steve is having none of it.
Python misses the shot to the body.

Steve gets a clinch.
Python tries to score a body lock takedown but Steve shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Python has his foot on Steve's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Steve works his way back into a safe position though.
Python wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Steve is now in half guard.

No joy there for Steve, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Python throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Python jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Steve walks away with a smile on his face. Python gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Both fighters circle each other, looking for something big. Steve moves in and throws an overhand right. That hurt Python! Steve continues to tee off on Python, landing with a left and a right! Steve connects with a right hand that leaves Python sleeping against the cage! What a finish by Steve!
