The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, James Glass and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
That kick from Daniels tenderised Hyland's leg. Hyland is trying to keep his angry face on.
Hyland gets the takedown into side control.
Daniels tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Hyland tries for a kimura but Daniels is defending well.
Daniels really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hyland. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Hyland is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Daniels is trying to escape and Hyland transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Daniels is forced to tap! Nice work there by Hyland! Very nice indeed!
