The judges for this bout are George Francis, Stewart Dunkirk and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lambton clinches up with Whymer and pushes him back against the cage.
I was talking to Whymer's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Lambton misses with a body punch.
Whymer breaks from the clinch.
Lambton clinches up with Whymer and pushes him back against the cage.

Whymer breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Whymer lands a head kick. Lambton smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Whymer swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Lambton.
Lambton takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Whymer fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Lambton closes the distance and clinches.
Whymer's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Lambton moves to clinch but Whymer breaks away
and Whymer counters with a nice uppercut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Whymer bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
A lazy left from Whymer finds it's target.
Whymer darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Whymer is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Whymer fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Lambton rushes Whymer and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Lambton is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Lambton takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Lambton chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Whymer can pounce on him.
Lambton walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Whymer drops Lambton with a beautiful combination! Lambton stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Whymer is looking for the KO!

Lambton is still on wobbly legs! Can Whymer finish him?
Whymer lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Lambton seems to have recovered his senses.

Whymer scores with a body shot.
Whymer lands a big head kick that sends Lambton tumbling to the mat! Whymer takes a step backwards and waves Lambton back to his feet - he wants the finish!
The cut above George Lambton's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Lambton tries to close the distance and clinch up but Whymer swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Whymer scores with a nice body kick.
Whymer throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Lambton looks winded!
Whymer fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Lambton takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Whymer lands with a nice combination. Lambton backs away looking to recover.
George Lambton's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Whymer connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Whymer connects with a nice looking jab.
Whymer lands with a kick to the ribs.
A solid body kick from Whymer.
Lambton moves in looking to clinch but Whymer pushes him off.
It looked like Whymer wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Whymer drops Lambton with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Lambton looks back up at him and smiles so Whymer waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at George Lambton's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Just Whymer!
An out of breath Just Whymer thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
