Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Neo Nova (ranked 1566 p4p, 207 weight class) and Kimmo Kallio (ranked 5028 p4p, 497 weight class). Neo Nova is staring across the ring at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Neo Nova!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kimmo Kallio!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, George Francis and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kallio thuds his right hand into Nova's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
A punch lands to the side of Nova 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Nova looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Nova sizes up Kallio with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
It looks like Kimmo Kallio has been cut.
Kallio cracks the inside of Nova's front leg.
A bone on bone clash there as Nova blocks the leg kick.
A nice combination there by Kallio.
Kallio's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Nova connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Kallio scrambles back to his feet.
Kallio swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Kallio scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Nova doesn't seem bothered though.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
A solid leg kick lands there for Nova.
Kallio connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Nova momentarily.
Kallio clobbers Nova with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Kallio just misses with a punch to the body.
Kallio lands a head kick. Nova smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Kallio keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Kallio throws a nice looking combination but Nova bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Nova missing with a left hand there. Kallio was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Kallio misses with a shot to the body
and Kallio takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Nova has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Kallio.
Nova ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Nova throws out a loose jab but Kallio uses good head movement to avoid it.
Nova gets off balance looking for a body kick
and Kallio counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Kallio takes a jab right on the kisser.
Nova ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Kallio moves away.
Nova digs a good hook to Kallio's body.
Kallio throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Nova on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Nova loads up on a big right hand but Kallio slips the punch.
Nova misses with a straight left.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kallio scoring well with a low kick there.
Nova throws a lazy right hand but Kallio sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Kallio is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Nova with a body shot.
Nova pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Good standup being displayed there by Kallio as he connects with a hook.
A left lands for Nova.
Nova throws a hook but Kallio blocks it.
Nova just misses with a punch to the body.
Kallio loads up on a big right hand but Nova slips the punch.
Nova appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
Kallio ducks under a wild hook from Nova.
Kallio uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Nova.
Kallio only half commits to the counter leg kick.
Nova throws a leg kick which misses Kallio's front leg but catches the back leg as Kallio tries to avoid it.
Nova dodges the punch combination from Kallio.
Nova misses with a looping left.

Nova looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Nova paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Nova throws a poor cross that misses
and Kallio cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Kallio displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Nova throws out the jab.
Nice uppercut there from Nova.
Kallio lunges at Nova with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Nova's hand.
Nova lands a glancing blow to the side of Kallio's head.
Nova punishes Kallio's body with a nice straight punch.
Kallio looks to land a right hand but Nova moved out of range.
Kallio scores with the left hand. Nova knows he should have avoided that one.
Nova is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Kallio takes a swing at Nova's ribcage but misses.
Kallio walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Kallio is rocked!
Kallio defending well as Nova loads up on a big left hand.

Nova thows a leg kick but Kallio checks it
and Kallio counters with a nice body shot.
Kallio jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Kallio dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Nova. That did some damage!
Kallio fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Nova manages to avoid it.
Kallio scores with a nice body kick.
Nova misses the shot to the body.
Nova walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Kallio moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Kallio works over Nova's head and body with a nice combination.
Kallio slips under a jab.
Kallio slips a straight right by Nova.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Nova swings widly with a right hand
and Kallio counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Kallio blocks a head kick by Nova.
Kallio bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kimmo Kallio dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Kimmo Kallio's cut.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Nova moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Nova fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Kallio on the side of the head.
Kallio throws a body kick that misses
and Nova counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Kallio is still on wobbly legs! Can Nova finish him?
Nova fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Nova uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Kallio.
Nova moves in close and cracks Kallio with a massive right hand! Kallio, frozen momentarily in time, tumbles to the canvas, already out cold! A brutal knockout by Nova!
