Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Land Shark (ranked 4550 p4p, 478 weight class) and Adam Kadmon (ranked 3740 p4p, 417 weight class). This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Land Shark!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Adam Kadmon!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Fedor Mirinova and Dmitry Maklakov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kadmon looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Shark half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Kadmon lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Kadmon.
Shark shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Kadmon counters with a straight right hand.
Kadmon lands with a shot to the body.
Kadmon throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

and Shark counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Kadmon!
Shark wants to control but Kadmon is keeping him busy.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Shark in side control, just content to control the action for now.
Shark tries to advance to mount but can't.

Shark wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Kadmon, who protects the arm well.

Shark swings around for an armbar but Kadmon sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Shark's guard.
Kadmon won't allow Shark to sweep him here.
Kadmon wants to stand but Shark is controlling his posture from full guard.

Shark trying to keep a closed guard but Kadmon is proving a slippery customer.
Shark is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Shark manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Kadmon manages to get himself to full guard.

Shark looking to sit in guard and control but Kadmon gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Shark wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Kadmon is now in half guard.
Shark is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Kadmon's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Kadmon's back!
Kadmon is defending well here and trying to improve his position.

Shark looking for the choke but no joy.
Kadmon felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.
Shark is hanging on to Kadmon's back as he tries to escape.

Shark has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Kadmon has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Shark's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.

Shark looking to break Kadmon's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Kadmon remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Shark will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Shark tries to get the hooks in deep but Kadmon pushed the leg off.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Shark thows a strike but Kadmon uses the opportunity to reverse the position! Great move by Kadmon as he ends up in Shark 's guard!

That was a close round but I would say that Land Shark will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Shark is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Kadmon cracks a nice hook into Shark's ribs.
Kadmon feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Sharks jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Kadmon lands with a nice body punch.
Kadmon darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Adam Kadmon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kadmon misses with a two punch combination.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Shark takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Kadmon throws a right hand that Shark ducks under and follows up with a left that Shark also avoids with ease.
Shark tries to counter with a takedown but Kadmon is quick to defend against it.
Kadmon connects with a single shot there.

Kadmon will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Kadmon fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Kadmon, as that shot connected.
Kadmon dips to his left and cracks Shark with an uppercut!
Kadmon ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Shark moves away.
Shark attempts a counter takedown but Kadmon avoids it well and moves away.

Nice uppercut lands for Kadmon. That snapped Shark's head back.
Kadmon thuds his right hand into Shark's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Kadmon looks to score with a jab to the body but Shark is just out of range.

Shark takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Kadmon has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.

Kadmon stuns Shark with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Kadmon lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Shark circles away quickly and effectively.

Shark takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Kadmon lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Kadmon fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Shark looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Adam Kadmon showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Shark looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Land Shark. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Kadmon comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
