Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sammy King (ranked 6646 p4p, 0 weight class) and Callum Adams (ranked 3965 p4p, 0 weight class). Adams comes into a darkened arena with his song building. No Noncesense kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Callum Adams is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
King cracks Adams with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. King has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Adams to stand back up!
It looks like Callum Adams has been cut.
King looks to land a combination but Adams avoids it well.
King drives through with a takedown into guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

King feints and as Adams raises his hands in defense, King changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
King is looking to pass into half guard but Adams pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Adams is in guard.

Adams looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
King darts in trying to clinch
and Adams counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
King dives in and grabs Adams's left leg, looking for a takedown. Adams pushes down on King's head and hops out.
Adams wants to counter with a clinch but King pushes him away.

King moves in looking to clinch but Adams pushes him off.
King tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Adams paws at him with a jab and circles away.
King instigates a clinch.
King throws an elbow but it's blocked.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
King throws a punch but it's blocked by Adams.
Adams blocks a punch to the side of the head.
King breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

and King takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

King fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Adams dodges the punch combination from King.
Adams doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
Sammy King is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Adams tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but King defends well and Adams ends up having to push King into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

King stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and King wants it to stay on the feet.
