Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Anil Diktas (ranked 4070 p4p, 183 weight class) and Johnny Barkley (ranked 6708 p4p, 240 weight class). Anil Diktas looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diktas shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Barkley sprawls well. Barkley wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Diktas gets slowly back to his feet.
No joy there for Barkley, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Diktas shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Barkley counters with a straight right hand.
A combination from Barkley does no damage.
Nice takedown defense from Barkley. No joy for Diktas on that attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Anil Diktas. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Diktas takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Barkley lands with a big right hook that stumbles Diktas - he's out on his feet here! Barkley follows up with another monster hook that separates Diktas from consciousness! Diktas falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Barkley stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
