Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rafik Arfah (ranked 5240 p4p, 515 weight class) and Alceu Sato (ranked 6841 p4p, 579 weight class). Alceu Sato will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Sandra Marshall and Dirk Anderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arfah takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
A left lands for Sato.
Sato lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
A decent looking cross lands there for Sato.
It looks like Rafik Arfah has been cut.
Sato lands a body shot.
Arfah really is a fat lump.
Sato scores with a jab to the body.
Sato punishes Arfah's body with a nice straight punch.
A big left from Arfah misses.
Sato slips a jab from Arfah.
Alceu Sato seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sato scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Arfah doesn't seem bothered though.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Sato throws out a powerful jab.
Sato lands a nice looking body shot.
Sato tests Arfah's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Sato fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Arfah looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Sato scores with a hook.
Sato has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Sato's jab looks to have found its range, popping Arfah under the eye.
Sato scores with a hook to the body. Arfah takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Sato throws a combination. Arfah tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Sato is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Arfah had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Arfah drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Arfah is rocked!
Arfah takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Oh Arfah is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Arfah thows a leg kick but Sato checks it
and Sato counters with a lovely straight right hand!
and Sato counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Arfah! He's just covering up as Sato starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Alceu Sato!
Alceu Sato decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
