Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Olivier Louise (ranked 6562 p4p, 131 weight class) and Bashaad Al Hammad (ranked 20684 p4p, 158 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Louise lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

It looks like Bashaad Al Hammad has been cut.
Al Hammad takes one to the chin there.
Al Hammad falls off balance throwing a combination
and Louise counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Al Hammad throws a lazy uppercut
and Louise counters with a left to the body.
Louise fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Al Hammad looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
A shot to the body from Al Hammad misses
and Louise cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Louise scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Louise moves out of range as Al Hammad strikes.
Al Hammad throws a lazy uppercut
enabling Louise to counter with a crisp jab.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

and Louise connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Al Hammad looks winded!
Louise cracks Al Hammad with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Al Hammad moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

and Louise makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Al Hammad throws a sloppy head kick
and Louise counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Al Hammad rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Louise connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Louise connects with a body shot.
Al Hammad looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

Al Hammad doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Louise changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Al Hammad misses with a combination
and Louise counters with a left to the body.
Louise works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

Al Hammad is rocked!
Louise ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Al Hammad is still on wobbly legs! Can Louise finish him?
Al Hammad takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Louise lands a jab.
Louise connects with a body shot that sends Al Hammad's belly button to the back.
Louise is looking to wear down Al Hammad with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Louise cracks Al Hammad with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Al Hammad walks straight into devastating uppercut and drops to the floor, clearly wobbled! Can he beat the count? 4,5,6,7... he's up! And he's down again! The ref steps in and calls an end to the fight! What a punch that was!
