Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Maximus McDougall (ranked 5091 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jamil Westwood (ranked 5116 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McDougall shoots and misses
and Westwood counters with a three punch combo that has McDougall backing up. McDougall nods at Westwood to acknowledge the strikes.
McDougall changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Westwood tries to avoid it but McDougall manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Westwood to the ground. Westwood escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Westwood lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Westwood fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Westwood throws a right hand that McDougall ducks under and follows up with a left that McDougall also avoids with ease.
Westwood shoots in but McDougall avoids the takedown attempt easily.
McDougall moves to clinch but Westwood breaks away
and Westwood counters with a body kick that stops McDougall in his tracks momentarily.
McDougall on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Westwood. Westwood obviously looking to wear him down.

McDougall lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Westwood circles away quickly and effectively.
