The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jacobs lands a head shot.
Jacobs bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Clay's head backwards.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
A left lands for Jacobs.
Jacobs just misses with a punch to the body.
Clay lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Clay connects with an inside leg kick.
Clay throws an overhand right that lands on Jacobs's shoulder, as Jacobs tries to avoid the shot.
Clay throws a hook to the side of Jacobs's head but Jacobs sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Jacobs is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Clay.
Jacobs has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Jacobs there as he acknowledges the shot.
Clay looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Jacobs steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Clay.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Jacobs lands a really nice looking cross but Clay seems unphased.

Clay connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

and Clay counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Jacobs works over Clay's head and body with a nice combination.

Oh Clay is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Jacobs misses with a series of wild punches.
Jacobs grits his teeth and throws a big right-left combo! Clay takes both shots clean on the chin and is out cold! Jacobs cracks him once more on his way down, as the crowd goes wild! They enjoyed that one!
