Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crimson ducks under a wild hook from Gomu.
Crimson throws a nice looking combination but Gomu bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Crimson bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Gomu connects with the punch.
Culver Crimson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The fighters circle momentarily. Gomu darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Gomu blocks the body kick.
Gomu lands with a hook. Crimson tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

It looks like Culver Crimson has been cut.
Crimson uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Gomu.
Crimson takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Crimson tries to clinch up but Gomu circles away and keeps his distance.
It looked like Gomu wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
We've been informed that Crimson has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Crimson takes a shot to the body in his stride.

Crimson moves into the clinch.

A left hand lands to the body for Gomu.

Crimson has a couple of punches blocked by Gomu.
Crimson tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Gomu's elbow.

Gomu lands with a right to the head.
Gomu lands a hook that snaps the head of Crimson backwards.
Crimson tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Gomu lands a right hand.

Gomu drops Crimson with a big knee straight up the middle! Crimson is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!
Crimson walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles Crimson limp body while Gomu jumps on to the cage and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Gomu Gomu!
Gomu Gomu really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Sportivité logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
