Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Piotr Mikolajczyk (ranked 6449 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommie Templeton (ranked 4385 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mikolajczyk tries for a takedown but Templeton circles away easily
and Templeton counters with a one-two to the body.
No luck for Templeton with that takedown attempt.
Templeton throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Templeton tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Mikolajczyk paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Templeton misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Templeton lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Mikolajczyk has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Mikolajczyk and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mikolajczyk tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Templeton defends well and Mikolajczyk ends up having to push Templeton into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Horrible takedown attempt by Templeton or perhaps it was just good defense by Mikolajczyk, which made it look bad.

Templeton is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Mikolajczyk knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Templeton on the ground.
Let's hope that Templeton has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
We're seeing a lot of stalling here from Templeton.

Templeton working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Mikolajczyk turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Templeton off and cradles Mikolajczyk's limp body as Templeton celebrates with his corner.
