Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sid Moore (ranked 5412 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bily Kidd (ranked 24905 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are George Francis, Frank Dennis and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moore scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Kidd is looking to clinch.
Moore swats away the attempt to clinch by Kidd.
Moore throws a nice looking combination but Kidd bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Moore comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Kidd moves into the clinch.
Moore blocks an elbow strike.

Moore has had enough of the clinch but Kidd keeps him there for the moment.

Kidd prevents Moore from breaking the clinch.
Moore breaks the clinch.
Kidd takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Moore bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Kidd's head backwards.
It looks like Bily Kidd has been cut.
Kidd gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Moore gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Kidd is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sid Moore!
