Vizsla is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Bodak Yellow by Cardi B.. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Baka Vizsla!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Yves DeLean and Elvis Blanc.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vizsla walks into a stiff left hand from Garner.
Vizsla takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Garner scores with the left hand. Vizsla knows he should have avoided that one.
Vizsla keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Garner rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Garner takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Garner scores with a crisp jab that stopped Vizsla in his tracks.
Vizsla ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Garner drives through with a takedown into Vizsla's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Garner is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Garner slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Garner with a flurry of punches that miss.
Garner might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Garner stays in close to Vizsla's body and controls the position.
Garner trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.

Garner missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Vizsla is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Garner is controlling him.

Vizsla is looking for a triangle but Garner pushes his legs off easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Vizsla has momentary wrist control but Garner slips an elbow through the middle.
Garner works over Vizsla with some ground and pound from guard.
Garner connects with a couple of short punches.
Garner looking to pass the guard.
Garner lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Garner has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Garner keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Vizsla's head.
Vizsla really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Garner. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Garner controlling from the top position.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Vizsla can do anything to dispel that myth.
Garner landing some decent shots from guard.

Garner is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Garner prevents Vizsla from getting back to his feet.
Garner throws a big elbow that misses.
Garner missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Garner scoring with punches to the head and body.
Vizsla is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Garner drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Vizsla dives on top into guard.


Garner is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Vizsla rolls with it to try and escape but Garner cranks on the arm and Vizsla is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Ron Garner!
An out of breath and clearly excited Ron Garner thanked Sportivité for their help and support (and free stuff they sent him).
The defeated Baka Vizsla had this to say: 'I'm coming back with vengeance!'.
