Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Gustav Ahr (ranked 1250 p4p, 141 weight class) and Pedro Rocha Barros (ranked 2479 p4p, 250 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ahr throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Ahr thows a left - swing and a miss!
Rocha Barros uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Ahr.
Ahr throws a looping overhand right but Rocha Barros ducks down to avoid it.
Rocha Barros swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.

Ahr shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Rocha Barros's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Rocha Barros has his foot on Ahr's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Ahr works his way back into a safe position though.

Rocha Barros escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Ahr gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Ahr stands up over Rocha Barros, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Ahr keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Rocha Barros's head.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Rocha Barros is on top in guard.

Ahr lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
