Day swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Tsuruta blocks a jab.

Day throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Day displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Tsuruta throws out the jab.
Tsuruta lands a head shot.

It looks like Jako Day has been cut.
Tomomi Tsuruta seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Tsuruta moves out of range of the strikes.

That has opened up Jako Day's cut even more.
Day walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles Day limp body while Tsuruta jumps on to the cage and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!
