Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Ei Riita!
The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Josh West and Paul Gruel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Serengeti will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Lord Of The Serengeti seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Riita drives through with a takedown into Serengeti's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
Serengeti is looking to stand up but Riita isn't so interested in that idea.
Riita is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
It looks like Riita might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Riita's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Serengeti wants to get back to his feet but Riita is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Riita pushes down on Serengeti's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Riita is taking a breather. Serengeti says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Serengeti tries to kick Riita off but Riita keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Riita is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Serengeti!

Riita throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Serengeti has his hands clasped together but Riita breaks the hold and Serengeti is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Riita!

After winning the bout, Ei Riita thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
