Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ya Tsung!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Maximus McDougall!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from McDougall.
Tsung finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Tsung stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Tsung wants it to stay on the feet.
McDougall defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Tsung.
McDougall moves in looking to clinch but Tsung pushes him off.
McDougall misses with a wild body shot.

Tsung clinches.

Tsung pulls guard effortlessly.

The fighters are working up against the cage. Tsung manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tsung is pressed up against the cage. McDougall has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Tsung down to the mat. Tsung avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
McDougall tries to clinch up but Tsung circles away and keeps his distance.
McDougall will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

McDougall closes the distance and clinches up with Tsung, looking for a takedown. McDougall pushes Tsung against the cage but Tsung circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Ya Tsung has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Maximus McDougall.

Tsung shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Tsung keeps the fight on the outside.

Tsung wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.

McDougall throws a series of punches but Tsung avoids them all with ease.

McDougall closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Tsung did well to prevent McDougall getting side control.
McDougall tries to stand and escape but Tsung is controlling the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Tsung preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head.

McDougall is working for a submission of some sort.

McDougall works his foot free and advances to mount.
Tsung prevents any damage by holding on tight.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Tsung is trying desperately to improve position.
Tsung prevents McDougall from taking his back.

McDougall get's back to his feet.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Nice takedown defense from Tsung. No joy for McDougall on that attempt.
Tsung circles away from the clinch attempt.
Tsung changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
McDougall misses with a takedown attempt - Tsung sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Ya Tsung will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Tsung tries for a takedown but McDougall sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
McDougall lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
McDougall misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
McDougall tries to land a leg kick but Tsung saw it coming and moves away.
McDougall misses with a hook.
Tsung will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Tsung goes for a double leg but McDougall avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as McDougall continues to drive forward.

Tsung shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has McDougall pinned against the cage. McDougall gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

The fight stays on the outside here - McDougall looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

McDougall is looking to clinch but Tsung is avoiding it.
Tsung moves in looking to clinch but McDougall pushes him off.

McDougall dives in and scores a takedown into Tsung's guard.
Tsung wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and McDougall manages to pass to side control.
Tsung knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for McDougall on the ground.

McDougall seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Tsung does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

McDougall is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
Tsung is trying to control but McDougall manages to pass to mount!
McDougall looking to control but Tsung is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

McDougall is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Tsung is surviving well by controlling McDougall's body position as best he can.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, McDougall cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
McDougall wants to control the pace but Tsung is squirming around nicely.
McDougall scoring with strikes but Tsung is staying in there.
McDougall prevents Tsung from getting the reversal.
McDougall can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Tsung is looking to escape.

McDougall lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Tsung tries to hold on but McDougall pushes him away.

Maximus McDougall showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Tsung's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

McDougall is looking to slow Tsung down with leg kicks.
Tsung slaps away a takedown attempt from McDougall, before circling back to the center of the mat.

McDougall shoots in for a takedown but Tsung shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

McDougall is trying to maintain a safe position but Tsung gets an underhook and turns McDougall into the cage.
McDougall goes for a takedown in the clinch but Tsung prevents it.

Tsung seems to have come into the fight with the intention of avoiding any damage in the clinch, rather than actually showing any aggression.

McDougall gets control of Tsung's arms and successfully pulls guard. McDougall will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

McDougall has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

McDougall drops back looking for a leg! Tsung is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Tsung manages to kick McDougall off! McDougall jumps back into Tsung's guard.

McDougall wants to work for an arm triangle but Tsung is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

McDougall is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Tsung is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
